Terms And Conditions For Early Bird Bookings

Our website may offer ‘Early Bird’ bookings - which are where participating restaurants offer users a discount of 50% off their food bill for certain off-peak bookings.
Participating restaurants will select the times, days and party sizes that are available for the ‘Early Bird’ discount. Party sizes will be between 2 and 8 people (including children), party sizes may vary in size i.e. 2-6 at the restaurants’ own discretion.
Availability for every participating restaurant will be published on our website just after midnight each night.
You will need to make a booking through Restaurant Hub to secure the discount. When making the booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $10 booking fee. The booking fee is to secure the table will not be applied to the final bill.
Once your booking fee has been received, you will be emailed a booking confirmation. If you do not receive your booking confirmation or you cannot find it, please contact Restaurant Hub (and maybe check your email junk folder!).
Early Bird Restaurant Arrival Time & Cancellation
The ‘Early Bird’ discount is only available for the date, time and number of people you have a confirmed booking for. You must arrive at the restaurant within 15 minutes of the booking time, or you will lose your booking and the discount will no longer apply. You may cancel your reservation at any time but please remember late cancellations can severely inconvenience restaurants and timely cancellation is appreciated. If you do cancel, the booking fee is non-refundable and is not transferable to an alternative date. If you would like to cancel your booking, please contact the restaurant directly.

Most restaurants will employ a two hour 'Time at Table' for Early Bird Bookings. ( Should you require a longer dining period, this request will be at the restaurants own discretion )

You may only make one ‘Early Bird’ booking per night. Multiple bookings will not be accepted, and you will not be able to combine bookings with other users to form larger groups. The restaurant may also have a designated table for you and this may only be changed at the restaurant’s discretion.
Special Conditions
The ‘Early Bird’ discount cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions, including restaurant credit, unless otherwise specified by the participating restaurant.
Some participating restaurants will have special terms that apply to their ‘Early Bird’ diners. Example - The 50% off -menu promotion is only available for food, when purchased together with any drink from the drinks list, per person.
Or This may include some food items that are excluded from the deal or special menus that apply.
No minimum or maximum spends are required, but the ‘Early Bird’ discount only applies to the food that you order for dine in purposes at the restaurant. It will not apply to any beverages ordered during your time at the restaurant and over ordering and taking leftovers away is not permitted.
