1. Each ABC Oriental Food Hamper Competition and prize draw consists of:
Three x ABC Asian Food Hamper with $100 NZD value each.
There are two competition, each with a two week entry period, each with three ABC Asian Food Hampers as Prizes:
Competition one entry period - September 28th - October 10th 2018 (Winners Announced 11/10/18)
Competition two, entry period - November 20th - December 4th 2018
2. Christmas Competition - Dec 2nd Cooking class and lunch with Annabelle White
Prize Consists of: Attend exclusive cooking class for two people, at the RNZYS with Annabelle White on Dec 2nd, followed by lunch with food and wine on the same day.

Transport to and from the RNZYS located at 181 Westhaven Dr, Westhaven Marina, Auckland 1011 will be at the winner's own expense.

How to enter:
1) Sign up to our Restaurant Hub ‘Asian Food Hamper’ competition form online at restaurant hub, or follow our Facebook or Instagram links;
All entries must be submitted before midnight of the end date of each competition date to go into the draw.
Entrants are identified by the email address used to book the restaurant. Entries are restricted to -One entry per competition. The prize will be awarded to the holder of the email address (or that person's parent/guardian if the winner(s) is/are under 18 and the nature of the prize requires the winner(s) to be over 18 years of age) from which that entry was submitted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for disputes resulting from entries submitted using an email address belonging to any other person.
In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, Restaurant Hub collects personal information. The Promoter holds personal information to conduct the giveaway, notify prize winners, verify prize winners' identities and may be used by the Promoter, for future promotional activities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by Restaurant Hub by calling Restaurant Hub on (09) 928 6079. Failure to provide all requested personal information may result in the entry being invalid.

Who can Enter:
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents, except employees (and such employees' immediate families) of Restaurant Hub Ltd and agencies associated with the competition.
Prize Draw Dates:

Competition one - Final entries close at midnight October 10th 2018. Winner will be randomly drawn & notified within 24 hours of the competition closing.

Competition two - Final entries close at midnight December 4th, 2018. Winner will be randomly drawn & notified within 24 hours of the competition closing.

Christmas Competition - Final entries close at midnight November 6th 2018. Winner will be randomly drawn & notified within 24 hours of the competition closing.
All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by Restaurant Hub’s database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. Late, misdirected, illegal, incomplete or illegible, are invalid. Restaurant Hub is not responsible for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.
How the Winner will be Contacted:
The winner will be contacted- using the contact details submitted as part of the newsletter sign up or booking. If Restaurant Hub does not hear from the winner within 5 days Restaurant Hub reserves the right to redraw.
If the Winner accepts the prize- the prize won and Terms and Conditions acceptance will be documented in an email to the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, Restaurant Hub reserve the right to retract the prize and redraw the competition. Restaurant Hub’s decisions relating to the winner and eligibility are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the winner declines the prize, the prize is forfeit and Restaurant Hub will confirm with the entrant in an email. Restaurant Hub reserves the right to redraw the winner.
Promoting the Winner:
Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Once the winner has accepted the Prize and Terms, the winner’s First and Last Name will be promoted on, but not limited to, Restaurant Hub’s Facebook, Instagram and Email Newsletters.
Other:
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or service and no exchange communications will be entered into.. If the prize is not claimed within the necessary timeframe the Promoter may re-draw a new winner. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of draw date(s) where possible.
Changes to the competition:
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the Competition, and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of the same value.
These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by Restaurant Hub.
Who is offering the promotion:
The Promoter is Restaurant Hub Ltd, whose registered office is located at Restaurant Hub, Level 2, NZME Central, 2 Graham St, CBD, Auckland.
Liability:
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including and without limitation any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the Competition and prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
