Our pick: Saan's tiger prawn version of traditional Thai drunken noodles w/ egg noodles, bamboo shoots, bok choy & Thai basil.
This Central Auckland gem is serving up your favourite IG brunch specials (think Buddha bowls and avo toast) alongside the most unreal dishes with a Korean twist which set them apart from the rest.
Our pick: Korean BBQ Pork Rice w/ horseradish cream, bok choy, chickpeas, baby onions, sliced almonds.
From the same family as Grasshopper, Thai Street, Mai Thai and Red Crab, you know you are in good hands with Siamese Doll. You'll find them in the centre of Hobsonville's Catalina Bay
Our pick: Chicken, prawn and coriander steamed dumplings.

Our pick: Perick chicken Hawker Roll w/ toasted coconut.
You'll find Chu Thai amongst the hustle and bustle of Ponsonby Road but it does anything but blend in with the crowd. Heavenly flavours of Thailand that make you feel right at home. Lunch, dinner, banquet and takeaway - we seriously love Chu Thai.
Our pick: Hung Lay Pork - Stewed pork curry with Asian green served with rice.
Not the most conventional of pairings but Xoong's collaboration of Japanese and Chinese cuisine has us coming back for more. You may not guess it but Xoong seas 150 in a series of captivating dining rooms. Expect gochujang lamb racks from the wood fired oven, stunning sashimi dishes, and plenty of fresh aromatics from the wok.
Our pick: Ruakaka Kingfish sashimi w/ apple and celery
