Competition Description: 

Win a Toni’s Charity Teddy Bear for Christmas with Restaurant Hub (“Promoter”). - If you sign up to Restaurant Hub’s Foodie News or make a Booking on Restaurant Hub before midnight on December 20st,  you will go in the draw to win this lovable teddy bear for the family (“Promotion”).

By entering you’ll also be the first to know about exciting local dining deals, new restaurant openings, takeaway deliveries and hot foodie events through the Restaurant Hub newsletter. 

The prize consists of: 
One Giant Plush Teddy Bear valued at $1000 NZD (“Prize”). 
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. 

How to enter: 
There are two ways to enter the draw to win:

1) Sign up to Restaurant Hub’s bi-weekly newsletter, which includes foodie news, dining deals, new openings and invites to special foodie events through; or 

2) Any bookings made through Restaurant Hub by December 20st will automatically be entered into the draw. To make your booking you will be required to provide:
                    - Your name (First and Last)
                    - Email Address
                    - Phone number
                    - Name of Restaurant
                    - Date of Booking
                    - Time of Booking

All entries must be received before midnight December 20, 2017 to go into the draw. 

Participants are not limited to one entry and may enter as many times as they like, by making and confirming multiple bookings through Restaurant Hub.

Restaurant Hub collects, stores and uses personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. It will use any personal information provided to conduct the Promotion, notify Prize winners, verify Prize winners' identities and may be used by the Promoter, for future promotional activities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by Restaurant Hub by calling Restaurant Hub on (09) 928 6079. 

Failure to provide any of the personal information requested may result in the entry being invalid. All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date.

Who can Enter: 
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents, except employees (and such employees' immediate families) of Restaurant Hub Ltd and agencies associated with the competition.

Where the participant/winner is under the age of 18, the consent of that person's parent/guardian may be required to accept the Prize.

Entry Periods and Prize Draw Dates: 
Final entries close at midnight, on December 20, 2017. Winner will be randomly drawn & notified within 24 hours of the competition closing. 

All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by Restaurant Hub’s database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. Late, misdirected, illegal, incomplete or illegible, are invalid. Restaurant Hub is not responsible for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.

How the Winner will be Contacted:  
The winner will be randomly drawn and contacted by the email address provided at the time of entry. The Promoter takes no responsibility for disputes resulting from entries submitted using an email address belonging to any other person.

Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of email notification, active, through to and beyond the date of the Promotion’s completion. Restaurant Hub takes no responsibility for disputes resulting from entries submitted using an email address not belonging to the participant.

The winner will be contacted- using the contact details submitted as part of the newsletter sign up or booking. If Restaurant Hub does not hear from the winner within 5 days, the entry will be forfeited and Restaurant Hub reserves the right to redraw. Restaurant Hub’s decisions relating to the winner and eligibility are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If the Winner accepts the prize- the Prize win and Terms and Conditions acceptance will be documented in an email to the winner. 

If the winner declines the prize, the prize is forfeit and Restaurant Hub will confirm with the entrant in an email. Restaurant Hub reserves the right to redraw the winner. 

Promoting the Winner: 
Once the winner has accepted the Prize, the winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name and details in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes. Participants waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on Restaurant Hub’s websites, email newsletters, Facebook pages, Instagram and other social media platforms used by Restaurant Hub.

Changes to the competition: 
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the Promotion at any time, and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of the same value.

Who is offering the promotion: 
The Promoter is Restaurant Hub Ltd, whose registered office is located at Restaurant Hub, Level 2, NZME Central, 2 Graham St, CBD, Auckland.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Force Majeure or otherwise.

The Winner takes the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies the Promoter in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize. The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize. Where the Prize has associated terms and conditions the Winner accepts the Prize subject to those terms and conditions and restrictions.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including and without limitation any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the Competition and prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for any failure or delay in delivering the Prize but will provide all reasonable assistance in cases where the Prize is not received by the Prize Winner.

Free delivery of the Prize within Auckland region. Delivery outside of Auckland to be paid by the winner.

Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or service and no exchange communications will be entered into. If the prize is not claimed within the necessary timeframe the Promoter may re-draw a new winner. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of draw date(s) where possible.

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who it decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the terms, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
