E.Diary Training

The purpose of the E.Diary training session is to ensure you know how to use the Eveve E.Diary Table Mangament System (TMS), is set up correctly to assist with the running of your restaruant and  so you are prepared to receive online bookings from your customers. 

During training over the phone or onsite we will cover:

1) Installing the software (2 min)  > We will help you through installing 

 

 

 

2) Bookings (45 min)
   > How to open your E.Diary and print today's bookings 
   >  How you can control which tables are available for customers to book
   >  Any other key interest areas you may have

 3) System set-up review (35 mins) - Getting the system to 100% reflect your needs 
    > Tweaks to the table layout
    > Catering for the tables that you push together for groups
    > Setting the order that the tables are booked in
    > Checking opening hours + setting up booking restrictions 
    > Adding in online messages / questions for your customers to answer
