Along with ingredients foraged on our morning walks we collaborate with local farms and independent growers to bring you the finest sustainable produce that our region has to offer.
This same philosophy extends to our bar and wine programme where the very best of New Zealand’s independent producers are shown alongside rare and obscure gems from artisans around the world.
We work with boutique and family owned wine producers and specialise in natural wine that describes a sense of place and time.
Our cocktail list also reflects the seasons and celebrates the scents, textures and memories of our favourite moments and places.
