Michelin-star chef takes on restaurant at Martinborough Hotel
10 April 2018continue readingThe restaurant of the landmark Martinborough Hotel is changing hands.
Husband and wife duo Adam and Nicola Newell, who have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, will take over the renamed Union Square Bistro & Bar on May 7.
Nicola said the two were excited by the opportunity.
"We'd been looking in Wairarapa for a while and nothing had really grabbed us, then the hotel restaurant came up."...

2018 Cuisine Top 100 received @ 9 September 2018 This restaurant is in the Cuisine Good Food Awards Top 100 for 2018 and will be featured in the Cuisine Good Food Guide 2018. The Top 100 restaurants are also the finalists for the Cuisine Good Food Awards 2018, and the Winners will be announced on the 15th of October.
