Executive Chef, Paul Condron maintains a ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy in the Mangapapa Kitchen, adhering to the seasons and using fruit and vegetables grown in the hotel kitchen garden and surrounding orchards. He is inspired by the local produce and the quality of those ingredients and he produces exceptional menus with flair and creativity.
Having recently won a 2017 Lamb & Beef Excellence Award, the five course set dinner menu is an exquisite dining experience. The Mangapapa Restaurant is open for dinner seven days a week from 6pm to 8pm and caters for non-residents as well as hotel accommodation guests. Each time you dine at Mangapapa, the menu will be created especially for you thereby creating a memorable and unique dining experience.
The five course set menu is tailored to the guests’ dietary requirements and changes daily to utilise the stunning fresh produce from the kitchen garden and local suppliers.
