Many of these steaks are then slow cooked for up to 18 hours before being chargrilled to produce a flavour that is second to none. PRIVATE HIRE

The entire Bluestone venue may be hired for a sit down meal for up to 70 guests. The combined bar and restaurant allows great flexibility for pre and post dinner drinks. This gives you an exclusive dining experience for either lunch or dinner. We are able to host wedding receptions, corporate parties, and events for special events.
