The Seafood Kitchen has a Taste of Kiwi, European and Island Fusion, with the modern and craft style cooking of Seafood. The concept is one of first with lot of our signature dishes which has all types of Kiwi Free Range Meat included in the meal to take the seafood to another level, which you have never tasted before. The Taste of Islands comes with the Island coconuts flavour we use in some of our own creation. Our Food is very original and has its own taste.
Our Dream comes from our Owner Marshniel Mudaliar and her husband, who share the love of Seafood. She has a Food Degree and has been training and teaching Food for over 10 years for the Kiwis. The husband is Third Generation of Cooks from the Fiji Islands and has Over 25 years of Senior Management experience in Fiji, Australia and New Zealand.
Our Head Chef is a Kiwi who was Trained in New Zealand and has over 20 years of Craft Food experience in Australia and New Zealand.
Our Team of Chefs are from different counites who being bit of the flavour of their own.
